Prayagraj Kumbh Mela 2025: AI Technology for Crowd Management
Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has urged officials to make use of the latest AI technology to improve crowd management during the upcoming Prayagraj Kumbh Mela in 2025. He said this while attending a meeting with the top officials in Lucknow. He asked the police department to make use of this Artificial Intelligence technology to tackle any mismanagement in crowds during this epic event. He also asked other departments to make a detailed action plan to manage the millions of tourist rush during Prayagraj Maha Kumbh 2025.
CM Yogi Adityanath plans AI-based strategies for Kumbh 2025 management
As the Uttar Pradesh Government is gearing up for the 2025 Prayagraj Kumbh Mela, CM Yogi Adityanath reviewed and assessed the security, cleanliness, and traffic situations. He emphasized on the immense spiritual importance of the 2025 Prayagraj Kumbh Mela at this event. He highlighted that the Kumbh is a cultural showcase of India to the world. Therefore it is essential to keep Uttar Pradesh clean during this upcoming Kumbh Mela.
The CM further stressed to the officials to hire professional agencies for the Kumbh Mela 2025 for media promotion and event organization. He asked them to adopt a green theme and stressed the environmental concerns during the Prayagraj 2025 Maha Kumbh. He instructed all to keep the stretch of Ganga from Bijnor to Ballia clean.
He also ordered the police department to train their personnel to be soft-spoken, warm, and dignified with visitors, yet be disciplined and firm. He also asked the officials to focus on the completion of the entire corridor from Akshay Vat, Saraswati Koop, and Patalpuri Temple.
Maha Kumbh 2025: Dates and other details
The CM also reviewed the tourist potential and projects of Uttar Pradesh during the meeting. He stressed on ensuring safety, security, and logistical improvements. The upcoming Kumbh Mela 2025 will have a bigger area of 4000 hectares, compared to 3200 hectares during the 2019 Kumbh Mela.
